The Schlage Encode Smart WiFi Deadbolt (BE489WB) is a Grade 1 ANSI/BHMA-certified smart lock featuring built-in Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) for remote access without a hub, 100-code capacity, and a 6-month average battery life (4 AA). It offers keyless entry via a lighted touchscreen, fits standard 1-3/8” to 1-3/4” doors, and works with Alexa/Google Assistant.
