These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of bolthardware.com and to every order you place with Bolt Hardware & Millwork LLC ("Bolt Hardware," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Descriptions
We work to describe our products accurately. Product photos are representative: finish colors can look different on different screens, and some photos show a related finish or configuration. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Most items are ordered from the manufacturer for your project, and availability and lead times depend on the manufacturer. If an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we will contact you before we ship. We may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order, not that we accepted it. An order is accepted when we process payment and place it with the manufacturer or ship it. We may limit or cancel orders, including orders that appear fraudulent or are for resale without a trade account.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed when your order is placed.
Sales Tax
We collect New York State and local sales tax on orders shipped to New York addresses, at the rate for the delivery location. Tax-exempt customers must provide a valid exemption certificate before ordering.
Shipping
Shipping charges and timing are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 7 days.
Returns and Special Orders
Special-order items are final sale. Standard returns are subject to a 25% handling fee plus shipping costs. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Warranties
Products are covered only by their manufacturer's warranty. Bolt Hardware does not add its own warranty. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will help you with manufacturer warranty claims.
Installation
We recommend installation by a qualified professional. Bolt Hardware is not responsible for installation, labor costs, or damage caused by improper installation or use.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Use of Our Site
Site content, including text, layout, and our logo, belongs to Bolt Hardware or its licensors. Manufacturer names, logos, and product images belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
